ALCOHOL SALES POLICY

Colombian Power complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages in the United States.

By purchasing alcoholic products on this website, the customer agrees to the following conditions:

1. Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages.

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.

  • The recipient of the order is also 21 years of age or older.

  • You will present a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery if required.

The carrier may request age verification and an adult signature.

2. Right to Refuse Delivery

The delivery may be refused if:

  • There is no adult over the age of 21 present.

  • No valid identification is presented.

  • The carrier believes that the delivery violates legal regulations.

Rejected orders may generate additional return and handling costs that will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Buyer's Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Know the local laws regarding the import and consumption of alcohol.

  • Comply with applicable state and local regulations.

Colombian Power does not guarantee that the purchase of alcohol is legal in all jurisdictions.

4. International Shipments

For international orders:

The buyer acts as the Official Importer and assumes responsibility for:

  • duty,

  • taxes,

  • confiscations,

  • customs restrictions.

No refunds will be issued for products held or confiscated by authorities.

5. Responsible Consumption

Colombian Power promotes responsible consumption and does not sell alcohol to minors.
